I have many connections with HD, most importantly, I have met the faces of HD, the patients, families, supporters, doctors, researchers and others who have made it their life mission to combat HD. I join efforts with those to support HDSA's mission to find a cure, increase awareness and raise funds to make it all possible. I first started off as a Program Director and Development Officer for non-profits geared at advocating for abandoned, neglected and abused children in the dependency system. In the past year I have switched gears to work for a single health charity, because I feel that an impact needs to be made in this field.
