Hello.... thanks for your message. I think if I knew I had it I would become obsessed...

How are you related to HD?

    Thanks Heather.

My Grandfather had it as well. My father's two brothers did not get HD, just him and he was the baby boy.

I saw signs in my little brother when he was about 27 years old. The hardest thing at that time was telling my mother, at his request.

She had gone through so much with my dad, and older brother, now her baby boy.  This will be our first christmas without my little brother and I guess it's bothering me somewhat.

    Thanks for listening.

Heather, keep on being yourself. I came out of the sixties and it
is people such as you that shine where others are afraid to. Never ever be anything but who you are.No one can take that away.

Thanks for the comment Heather. My family seems to be in some serious denial. When asked though I tell them to live as though they don't have it. I learned of haveing HD after my forties, and yes I've lived one hell of a life. Would've done things any different? Who knows?Who cares? My life is far from over and each
day is a gift to be enjoyed.
