Tell us about your experience with/connection to Huntingtons Disease
My father and grandfather both had HD and are both deceased. My brother (who is 44 yrs old) was diagnosed 11 years ago and lived independently with relatively little assistance until 2 years ago. 2 years ago he lost his drivers license and there has been noticable decline since. About a year ago he started staying at my mom's and is now officially living with her.  He has declined  and is often suicidal.  He is very hot all the time and is very uncomforable.  There are good days and bad days.

I am 47 years old. Married with 2 children, ages 7 and 9, both girls. I live in NC about an hour from my brother who has HD. I was tested 10 years ago and am gene negative. I am a stay at home mom, and help my mom as much as possible. She is  71 years old and is my brother's caregiver.
