Tell us about your experience with/connection to Huntingtons Disease

“I have an 11 year old adopted son with advanced huntingtons no one wants to help at all he is very very sick and i adopted him at 8 months old now we have child services trying to take him so i have the fight od my life feel free...”

Hey Margaret, do you know debbie from www.hdaustralia.org Im sure she would be more than happy to talk with you. She also has a son with jhd, and fights many many very hard battles with this disease.

I read your story and am so deeply sorry you are having such a hard time. I hope you have found a way to beat the system. It makes no sense when the gov. does things like this.

Margaret...have you seen the Sunday papers the last 2 weeks? Lots of stuff about children being taken off their parents without good reason. You are obviously not alone! Lots of letters to the editor too. (Telegraph) Get some letters to the Editor written, looks like the rules don't apply to them. Thinking of you and Dominic. (((hugs))) jenny
