Old lady needs tech help!

Well, not so old, just wanted to ask if someone could help me with the photo thing...I do not have broadband and I have an "old" computer running XP. I go through all the steps to upload photos and when I select the 'upload' button..nothing happens! Is it just that on dial up, I'm not waiting long enough? or am I doing something wrong? Computers make me feel so dumb sometimes! Help...Jaycee13 months ago
Dear Jenny - It could be your browser. Have you tried using Firefox - the free and better browser? Getfirefox.com This could be an IE related problem which we are addressing. Thanks for spotting the bug. Robert13 months ago
Hello Robert, Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have been using Firefox for some time now so I guess that's not the problem. Hopefully I will be able to upload some photos soon. Please keep me posted on 'bug rectification'. Maybe some 'bug' spray will do the trick...? (Ha Ha) Jenny13 months ago
I see that you were able to upload photos? Do you still need help? To add a profile photo - simply click on the right bar - My PRofile (EDIT) > Profile Photo. Thanks - looks like you have a beautiful family.13 months ago
Yes I was able to upload only album photos, but still couldn't manage the profile photo. When I hit the upload button nothing happens. I'll keep trying. Thanks Robert13 months ago
