The main author is called Sandy who gene positive for HD . The book also includes chapters written by her husband, children and their partners . All the contributions are well written and both funny and of course hearbreaking . You can find details about the book on the following link www.phildourado.com/content/huntingtons.htm

There are more books. Novels infact. By Richard Karlsen. Devil's Dance and Devil's Dance Redux, and lastly Wolfe's Choice. The Author had a close family friend whose mother had the disease and was at risk for it. I have read Devil's Dance. It was very good, but very sad. But, having a vested interest, I am biased.
I am in the process of reading the Woman Who Walked Into The Sea by Alice Wexler at the mo. Tis very much a history of the disease. And does take some reading. But it is panning out to be very interesting. Well worth the read.
Am always on the prawl for more books so will keep you updated if I find any thing else out there. Sadly there doesn't seem to be much.
Lastly, just incase you didn't know, but in House MD, on TV they are running a story line for one of the DRs who finds out she is positive for the gene. Her name is 13 and it comes up during series 4.
Good Luck.
