  Hey Kelly, I just had a crab boil.We went to Holly Beach,and I was shooked by the changes the storms brought. hi kelly- how are you feeling? i am so sorry about your migraines!I have a friend who gets them and has seen many doctors...they all say they cannot do anything other than the meds she already takes- well, she did some research of her own and discovered they are sports related and common to people who run and participate in certain sports-

maybe you can related yours to something you are doing on a regular basis?  a time of day? sugar related? who knows...
