When I was 12 my father became symtomatic and it changed the course of my family's entire future. The wonderful music of fellow Huntington's patient Woody Guthrie got us through that difficult time. It's always been challenging because I never developed any signs of HD and I feel grateful to God and Lord Jesus that I am healthy and of sound mind. I wonder though will I pass these genes to my offspring and continue to the line of the disease? My friends tell me that this should be the last generation of HD, let's make that happen!
